I’m a designer and social media strategist who creates brand identities, social content, and campaign materials designed to make people stop scrolling and feel something, whether that’s delight, curiosity or instant clarity.
I’ve developed brand identities and visual systems for clients, created social media strategy and content for businesses across industries, and recently redesigned a book cover and branding for an author’s new release. I also spent four months managing social media and influencer partnerships for luxury watch brands as an intern for a PR agency in London, a highlight of my career so far.
I graduated from the University of Missouri’s School of Journalism with a Bachelor of Journalism in Strategic Communication. I was a Walter Williams Scholar, member of the Mizzou Honors College, and involved in both the American Advertising Federation and Alpha Delta Sigma honor society. MIZ!
I’m currently seeking full-time opportunities and also available for freelance projects.
My parents would tell you I was their easiest child—self-entertainment was my superpower. I was always busy making things: new outfits for my dolls, three-page birthday cards that made my grandparents cry, and writing every random word that came to mind with my quill and ink. My birthday wish lists were almost entirely art supplies for whatever project I wanted to tackle next.
These days, I’m fundamentally still that girl who’s happiest while creating, tackling new projects, endlessly redecorating, and heavily documenting my cats and dog. During COVID lockdown, I found comfort in following Bob Ross tutorials (pictured: me dressed as him for Halloween), and I try to bring that “happy little accidents” philosophy to my work.
Traveling is one of my favorite hobbies. I dream of living in London someday. I’ve been to nine countries on three continents. Although I traveled all over Italy, I haven’t viewed Pompeii yet. It’s at the top of my bucket list… after finding the perfect full-time role ;)
