Social Media Strategy, Influencer Relationship Management & Organic Gifting

Overview / Executive Summary
Orient Europe is the European division of Orient Watch, a well-established Japanese luxury watch brand. During my internship at Grove Communication, I helped run the Instagram account @orienteurope, contributing to the brand’s social media presence and European market outreach. My work focused on introducing new product launches, growing audience engagement, and building relationships with influencers across Europe.

The Challenge
Orient Europe needed to maintain the brand’s established reputation for quality and legacy while also staying relevant and engaging on Instagram in a super competitive luxury watch market. I needed to create content and influencer partnerships that felt aspirational while still being accessible.

The Solution / Process
I worked closely with the Grove Communication team to support day-to-day social media operations and influencer outreach. This included messaging Instagram users about new product launches, creating and publishing Instagram stories, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating organic gifting. I also assisted with inventory organization and shipping personalized influencer packages that felt as premium as the watches themselves.

Final Design & Visuals
Included in the project deliverables:
• Instagram stories and posts created to promote product launches and brand updates
• Social engagement with the target audience through DMs and comments
• Influencer gifting materials and campaign assets used for European outreach
• Content creation to support the product’s digital launches and positioning

Results & Impact
• Supported audience growth and engagement for an Instagram account with 40k followers
• Increased visibility for new product launches through social media and influencer partnerships
• Reinforced Orient’s luxury positioning across European audiences
